In the European community, regulations were last revised in the nineties and are described in the European Parliament and Council Directive 94/36/EC of 30th June 1994
Purity criteria are defined in Commission Directive 2008/128EC 22/12/2008.
In Colores Naturales de México, S.A. de C.V. we ensure compliance with the aforementioned directives and FDA regulations stipulated in Chapter 21 of the CFR for Color Additives Exempt from Certification.
